This
CD is a companion to the "Symphonic poem" movie - it is
the reissue of the japanese LP from the 1960s (with the music from
the "Jungle Emperor" series) that was used as a base for
creating the movie itself.
This
CD contains the opening theme and other songs from the original
Jungle Emperor (a.k.a. Kimba the White Lion) series aired in Japan
on TV in 1965/1966, but this time these songs are faithfully re-recorded
in stereo in 1967.
This CD is a reissue of the soundtrack album of the 1989 Kimba/"New Adventures of Kimba" series (originally released on CD by Nippon Columbia on 21st February 1990, catalog number
CC-4651), which contains extended versions of music from the original japanese series.
